Mining Engineer

Greybull, WY

Requires a college degree in Mining Engineering or related field, minimum 6 months experience in open pit mining, knowledge of Geology and application. Supervisory experience and experience working in an API Spec Q1 environment is a plus. 

Other requirements including sitiing, bending, standing and walking 8-10 hours per day, ability to lift up to 100 lbs as needed, valid drivers license, occasional strenuous work and field work in variable weather conditions.

Payroll Clerk

Billings, Montana

Wyo-Ben is looking for an experienced Payroll Clerk at our corporate office.  This position is responsible for processing payroll and maintaining payroll records for hours worked, vacation and other leave hours accrued and used, 401K contributions, and health insurance withholding and for preparing payroll payments and state and federal payroll tax deposits.  The position will also be responsible for preparing quarterly and annual state and federal payroll reports and reconciling those reports to the general ledger.  Key to the position will be the ability to interact with Wyo-Ben employees in all areas of the company and maintaining employee confidentiality. 

In addition to the above payroll processing duties, the position will also include some general accounting duties.

This position requires a BS degree in accounting from an accredited university and minimum 2 -3 years of experience in payroll.  Audit experience with a CPA firm is a plus.

Production Accountant

Greybull, WY

We are looking for an experienced Production Accountant at our production office in Greybull, Wyoming.  This position reports primarily to the VP Finance and also the Production Manager and is responsible for, among other duties, accounting for and valuation of Wyo-Ben’s raw materials and finished goods inventories in Wyoming and Texas, compiling stockpile valuation and reclamation liability reports, managing administrative staff Wyo-Ben’s 3 manufacturing plants in Wyoming, and accumulate, verify and communicate cost accounting data to Wyo-Ben’s VP Finance and department managers.  A significant project will be to complete implementation of the cost accounting module in Wyo-Ben’s ERP system.

This position requires a BS degree in accounting from an accredited university and minimum 3 - 5 years of experience with cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.  Mining experience a plus.
